Great Property Investing Strategy

One size doesn’t fit all, but if I was starting again this one strategy I would favour over any.

Phase#1 Accumulation of an asset base. You get to enjoy the power of leverage. This may be just one property or it could be five or ten. The number doesn’t matter.

Phase#2 Cashflow/Add value. This is where you look do a project/projects that fast track and put you in a position to choose what you do with your time. 1 to 3 projects per year.

This could be buy, renovate and flip. Buy sub divide and flip, small developments or all of the above and hold. It creates options for you and this is the path many clients of ours have.

Its not the only option but if your goal is to reduce, quit or buy some time back its worth looking at.

It doesn’t have to be a 20-25 year long game like many say. It can happen sooner than you think.
